Noodle Arms
This time I focused on military press and one-armed rows, combined with triceps extensions and curls. My arms feel like noodles. It's fun to be training with resistance again.
I look forward to a fast run tomorrow on the treadmill ... I'm going to do my intervals but double them (2 minute intervals instead of 1 minute) for a 40 minute workout. Looking forward to it. Perhaps I'll pick up a few 5K runs ... there is a local one coming up July 4th.
Feeling terrific.
Time to go watch Lost.
